I'm a huge fan of sauna culture. Coming from outside the Nordic world, sauna gus was the first thing that felt like a comfort zone for me here in Denmark. Since I arrived, I've kept trying different saunas around Copenhagen, and without hesitation I give Just Sauna a 5 star review. Excellent service and a real culture behind what they do. The place has a warm, friendly vibe from the moment you walk in. The Gus masters are trained and genuinely know their craft, every session feels intentional, not just heat for the sake of it. The location itself fits the experience: exactly the calm, no-frills environment you want for a proper Sauna Gus session. Heated changing rooms and an outdoor cold plunge round it out well. I've also tried the different session types, Relax, Power, Herbal, and each one is worth trying, they all bring something a bit different. Highly recommend if you're getting into sauna culture in Copenhagen.

Just Sauna is a wellness studio built around SaunaGus, Cold Plunge, and community, founded in 2020 with one focus: Mind, Body & Soul. Tucked under the lively Urban13 area the venue centres on a newly renovated, large covered terrace with a communal cold-water tub and outdoor showers, set in a warm, maritime-inspired space of natural wood. Every session is guided by a trained Gusmaster through three signature rituals: Relax, Power and Herbal. Across roughly 90 minutes, rounds of guided heat build gradually before each cooling break, heat, cold, and rest, repeated in rhythm.
